According to the September 4 issue, the State of California legalized "personal use and cultivation of marijuana upon the recommendation of a physician." Thereupon, "the federal Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) threatened federal disciplinary action against any physician who recommended marijuana to patients."
Surely, an ONDCP that negates a law duly enacted by a sovereign state-California-thereby flagrantly violates the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution's Bill of Rights.
