I am writing regarding the page 1 article in the August 7 issue headed "Group Sues Behavioral MCOs for Alleged Antitrust Violations." The third paragraph lists the organizations that brought suit as including the New Jersey Society for Clinical Social Work, "a chapter of the National Association of Social Workers."
Please note that the New Jersey Society for Clinical Social Work is not a part of the National Association of Social Workers.
The National Association of Social Workers is supporting the suit, but is not yet a plaintiff in the suit.
