The Board of Trustees has helped APA members decide where to spend one week in May for the next decade.
At their July 26-27 meeting in San Diego, the Trustees agreed to the following schedule and site roster for APA annual meetings through 2009:
| 2004: | New York |
| 2005: | Atlanta |
| 2006: | Toronto |
| 2007: | San Diego (tentative) |
| 2008: | Washington, D.C. |
| 2009: | San Francisco |
Because few cities can meet APA's meeting space and hotel requirements, and competition for these cities' convention centers is intense, APA meeting planners must book the sites many years before the meetings are held.
Annual meeting locations for the next five years were approved several years ago. These are:
