Preview of Annual Meeting Research Agenda

Research-related activities at APA's 1998 annual meeting promise a variety of opportunities for stimulating discussion. The new research program will build upon the experience of past successful activities, continuing the trend toward broader opportunities to expose clinicians to new research findings. The following events should be of particular benefit to those members interested in research. Some locations have not been assigned yet, but will be published in the program book distributed at the meeting.

Research Colloquium for Young Investigators (by invitation), Sunday, May 31, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., sponsored by the APA Committee on Research Training; poster session/reception (open to all), 4 p.m., Clark Institute.

New Research Young Investigators' Poster Session, Monday, June 1, 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Health services research posters will be displayed in the afternoon.

Practice Research Network Members and Liaisons Meeting (by invitation), Monday, June 1, 10 a.m. to noon.
