In early September, APA mailed a form to its members to verify the accuracy of its records to ensure that everyone has full access to the benefits of membership.

The form lists information on membership number, status, advancement history, district branch, office phone, fax number, and e-mail address. Beside each of these categories there is a space to check whether the information on the form is correct and a "change" column in which to make changes.

The completed verification form can either be mailed back to APA in the business reply envelope provided, or faxed to APA at (202) 682-6850. By completing the form, members will ensure that they are receiving all APA membership services.
